Superior Air Duct Cleaning (Superior Cleaning Services Inc; "we", "us", "our") is a family-owned air duct and dryer vent cleaning company with offices in New Brighton, Pennsylvania and Boardman, Ohio. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Quote & contact requests: name, email address, phone number, property type, the service you're interested in, and any project details you include.
- Maintenance reminders: your name, email address or mobile number, your preferred reminder channel, the service you want reminders for, and roughly when your ducts or dryer vent were last cleaned.
- Saved estimates & quiz follow-ups: if you ask us to email you your instant-estimate results or a quiz reminder, we collect the email address you provide and the tool results you asked us to send.
- Chat & text-us widget: if you use the chat bubble on our site, our messaging provider (Housecall Pro) collects the name, mobile number, and message you enter so our team can reply by text. Replies by text follow the same STOP/HELP rules described below.
- Job applications: name, email, phone, the position you're applying for, the experience you describe, and any resume you upload.
Information collected automatically
- Usage information: standard analytics data such as pages visited, device and browser type, the website or ad that brought you here, and approximate (city-level) location, collected via cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage, which our call-tracking service uses to keep visit identifiers). We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and our call-tracking service. Some measurement scripts are also added by our website hosting platform to monitor site performance and traffic.
- Call tracking: the phone number shown on this site may be a tracking number that forwards to our office. It tells us which page or ad led to your call; calls may be recorded for quality and training.
- Spam protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect device and interaction data to distinguish people from bots. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
What our on-page tools do NOT collect
The interactive tools on this site — the instant estimate builder, the duct cleaning quiz, the energy waste calculator, and the IAQ score tool — run in your browser. The answers you enter are used on your device to show your result and are not sent to us unless you choose to submit a form (for example, "email me this quote").
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote requests and questions, and to schedule service.
- To communicate about appointments, estimates, and follow-ups you request.
- To send the maintenance reminders you sign up for, by the channel you choose.
- To review job applications and contact applicants.
- To improve our website, tools, and services.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not give the information you submit in our forms to other companies for their own marketing. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate — website hosting and lead delivery, email/text delivery for messages you request, our chat and text-messaging provider (Housecall Pro), and spam protection — and only as needed to serve you.
- Analytics and advertising partners (such as Google) that receive cookie and device data when you browse the site, to measure traffic and which ads lead to calls and quote requests. Under some state laws this can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; you can opt out at any time (see Your Privacy Choices).
- Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Payment security
This website never asks for, collects, or stores credit or debit card numbers. We do not take card payments on any page of this site. Payment for completed work is handled directly with our office, and financing applications are made on our financing partner's own secure, hosted platform (see below).
Financing through Wisetack
Financing is offered through Wisetack, a third-party financing platform. When you apply, you do so directly on Wisetack's own secure platform — your financing application, credit information, and any payment details are collected and processed by them, not by this website, and we never receive or store your card numbers, Social Security number, or credit application data. Wisetack's own privacy policy governs the information you submit there.
Text messages & calls
If you provide a phone number and consent to be contacted, we may call or text you about your request, your appointment, or the reminders you signed up for. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time using the contact details below.
Call recording: calls to and from our office may be recorded for training and quality purposes. By continuing a call with us, you consent to it being recorded.
Cookies & your choices
We use necessary cookies to keep the site working (including remembering your cookie choice and keeping a chat conversation connected through our chat provider) and analytics and advertising cookies to understand how the site is used and which ads bring us calls. In the United States these cookies are on by default, and you can opt out at any time:
- Choose Decline on the cookie bar, or use the "Manage Cookies" link in the footer of every page to change your choice.

Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security, financial account, or precise location data) through this website, and we do not use any for purposes beyond what the law allows.
- Non-discrimination: we will not deny service, charge a different price, or give a different quality of service because you used any of these rights.

We will verify your identity by matching details you give us (such as your name, phone number, or service address) with our records, and we respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you; we will ask for proof that you gave the agent signed permission and may ask you to confirm your identity directly. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party services such as our Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, and Google Business profiles and the Wisetack financing platform. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
