About Superior
The tri-state's proof-first air duct cleaners
Family-owned and NADCA-certified, we've spent 25+ years helping homes and businesses across Pennsylvania, Ohio & West Virginia breathe fresh air and cut energy costs.
Our story
Built on before & after photos
Superior Air Duct Cleaning started with a simple idea: if you clean what a customer can't see, show them. Since 2000 — 25+ years — our technicians have photographed the inside of every duct system before and after the work — and that habit of proof has earned us a 4.9-star Google rating and an A+ from the Better Business Bureau.
Today we run crews out of New Brighton, Pennsylvania and Boardman, Ohio, serving homeowners, offices, hospitals, and industrial facilities across the tri-state. The trucks are bigger and the equipment is stronger, but the promise hasn't changed: cleaner air you can see.
The people behind Superior
Founded in 2000 by John Dean
Superior Air Duct Cleaning is a family-owned company, and it has been one trade from the start. John Dean founded it in 2000 to do duct and dryer vent cleaning properly — with the vacuum power to actually pull debris out of a home, and the discipline to photograph the inside of every system before and after so customers never have to take a crew's word for it.
25+ years later, John still runs it that way: two shops in New Brighton, PA and Boardman, OH, NADCA Certified, CSIA Certified Dryer Exhaust Technicians on staff, and the same before & after photos on every job. Any company can copy a sentence on a website. Nobody can copy 25+ years of building this one.
